The Burnaby Steelers Junior A Hockey Club has begun the search for a General Manager & Head Coach ahead of the upcoming season.
The Steelers are seeking a strong leader to oversee all aspects of hockey operations and on-ice performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for player recruitment, roster management, team systems, and overall program direction, while fostering a culture built on accountability, development, and competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven leadership and organizational ability
Experience in junior, collegiate, or professional hockey
A strong commitment to player development
The ability to manage both operational and coaching responsibilities
