The Burnaby Steelers are pleased to announce the signing of 2008-born forward Noah Sommerfeld.
The left-shot product from Hamburg, Germany, spent the past season in the PHL U18 with the Sharpshooter Academy U18 Prep. He scored 10 goals and added 13 assists for 23 points in 30 games.
“Noah skates well and works very hard on and off the ice. He also has a creative side to his game,” said General Manager Bobby Buchan.
Sommerfeld will be a welcome addition to the Steelers.
“It’s an honour to join the Steelers. I’m very excited to get started and be part of this group,” said Sommerfeld.
The Burnaby Steelers would like to extend a warm welcome to Noah and the Sommerfeld family.
